CNN International has this weekend unveiled new image spots featuring staff from the network's London offices.
The 30 second spots - most of which the footage was filmed in London at the start of this year - attempt to reinforce the network's global position, and shows various staff members describing CNN's global operations and the diverse backgrounds of the network's employees.
CNN INTERNATIONAL AND CNN.COM TO AIR SPECIAL LIVE COVERAGE OF UK ELECTION TODAY FROM 5-7P ET
CNN Press Release - As the polls across the United Kingdom close at 5p ET today, tune in to CNN International or watch online at CNN.com/Live for in-depth reporting and analysis of the closest general election in nearly two decades. Viewers in the U.S. can also watch this special coverage live via CNN’s iPhone app.
Leading the coverage from CNN’s London bureau will be ‘Connect the World’ presenter Becky Anderson. She will be joined by veteran political reporter and commentator Robin Oakley as well as a team of CNN reporters spread across the capital.
Zain Verjee, Charles Hodson and Phil Black will be camped out at the three major party headquarters: Labour, Liberal Democrats and Conservatives. As the results start to filter in this evening and into early Friday, they will be on hand to bring the reactions from the heart of each of the parties' campaign hubs.
At the Palace of Westminster, Richard Quest will be joined by Max Foster, who will be stationed at No.10 Downing Street, and senior security correspondent Paula Newton, who will report from Westminster Bridge. Meanwhile, Sasha Herriman and Atika Shubert will be capturing the reaction of the general public and finding out what key issues influenced their vote.
And with the result of the 2010 general election still uncertain and the prospect of a hung parliament looming, could this uncertainty create more instability in the financial sector? CNN's business correspondent Jim Boulden will be gauging the reaction of city workers on Friday morning.

Looks like World Business This Week is gone from CNN International's lineup. It was recently removed from the CNN/I schedule and did not air this weekend.
A busy couple of days for CNN in the UK. Yesterday just before 0700 gmt, CNN International broke news of a suspected attempted car bombing in Central London. CNN/I stayed in breaking news mode for most of the day and evening, with special reports from CNN bureaus and teams on the ground in London including Charles Hodson, Becky Anderson and International Security Correspondent Paula Newton.
Then today, Rosemary Church broke into the start of International Correspondents at 1500 gmt to cross immediately to CNN/US, who were covering breaking news of what is now being called a terrorist attack at Glasgow Airport near Glasgow, Scotland after a car drove straight through glass doors and into the terminal building, bursting into flames. The aiport is closed and all flights are cancelled. CNN/I continued with its own coverage for the next few hours, with Rosemary Church and later Stephen Frazier in Atlanta, with pictures from Sky News and Alphonso Van Marsh contributing live from London.
Live coverage continued past 1900 gmt. At 1900 gmt, in a rare move, Fionnula Sweeney presented World News from the London studio, where the breaking news coverage conitnued. Usually no live programming comes from the London studio at the weekend.
Stephen Frazier took over in Atlanta at 2000 gmt, and both Stephen and Fionnula were anchoring at 2100 gmt as breaking news coverage continued.
(On a personal level, I'm going to bed now so can't watch any more. My parents were due to fly out of Glasgow Airport tomorrow to visit me in London for the first time in 3 years. I don't see that happening now)
