CNN International launches a new monthly show in May, based on the network's online guide to Asian destinations, CNNGo.com.

According to CNN, the 15 minute program will take viewers where locals live.

"Whether it's ducking into a hip new restaurant, grabbing a drink in the latest lounge, or exploring an undiscovered art scene... this show will explore it all. It will be a unique view that is raw, and at times unpolished, but always engaging and fast-paced."

In the first edition of the show, comedian Zhou Libo tours of one of Shanghai's oldest teahouses that once served as his training ground; Han Han, China's most widely-read blogger, shares his thoughts on the city he calls home; and photographer, Tang Ting, visits a former slaughterhouse turned art space.

The program debuts on May 13 at: 1630 Hong Kong; 1830 Sydney; 0830 GMT.
