First On CNN Observations: Kathleen Kennedy's Last Day
CNN Headline News' Chuck Roberts just announced that it is his colleague (filling in for Linda Stouffer) Kathleen Kennedy's last day with the network. She celebrated her 15th anniversay with the network and says she's going to spend time at home with her kids for the interim. I wonder if this was on her own or because her show with Thomas Roberts was dropped earlier last year. We'll keep you apprised on the developments.

She was still on the overnight Tuesday into Wednesday
Tonight was her actual last day taping the overnight news. Monday was her last day live.
She is one of the best anchor reporter. She will be miss...Good Luck Kathleen Kennedy
I'm still bummed out about Kathleen leaving. She was great on the Prime Newsbreaks and overnight. Given that Erica came back from maternity and pushed everyone back to their regular spots, there was no regular spot for her. But does anyone know if her contract was up (and not being renewed) or did she really leave on her own?
