Senior Vice President of Editorial for CNN Domestic Nancy Lane is leaving the network, it was announced today by internal memo to staffers.

Recently at CNN she oversaw domestic newsgathering operations. She previously served as Vice President and News Director as well as Washington D.C. Deputy Bureau Chief/Senior Executive Producer. She has been an assignment editor, field producer, line producer, senior political producer, New York executive producer and Washington executive producer since joining CNN in 1981 as an intern.
