Richard Roth to CBS? No.
This post on Katie Couric's Couric and Co. blog made me wonder if CNN's Richard Roth had followed colleagues Kelly Wallace and Daniel Sieberg to CBS. This isn't the case... as I found when searching the bios at CBSNews.com. I found that's simply the case of two Richard Roth's in the world working for competing news organizations.
Here's the bio for CBS' Richard Roth, in case you're interested.

You linked to the Richard Roth CNN bio twice instead of to the Couric&Co blog.
On an unrelated note, I really like your site. Keep up the good work.
I don't think Richard Roth has been happy since CNNI ditched Diplomatic License, which I think was an incredibly bad decision.
In fact, if I'm honest, I can't remember the last time I spotted Richard on CNNI. Such a shame - I loved his style. I know he is still the UN correspondent, but really think he could be used more/better.
Anon, thanks for your comment. We're glad you like it here :-)
