TVNewser is reporting that DC based correspondent Elaine Quijano is leaving CNN today and joining CBS as a New York-based correspondent in early 2010. Quijano has been with the network since joining as a correspondent for CNN Newsource in 2000.

In an email to colleages, she writes that she is "off to the Big Apple and a new adventure."

Following an update and refresh of CNN International's on air studios in Atlanta and London this year, CNN Hong Kong today unveiled a new-look set.

Featuring similar elements to the network's sets in Atlanta and London, no real structural changes have been made to Hong Kong's set - unlike the studios in Atlanta and London which were stripped out and rebuilt.
