CNN Crews Attacked In Cairo

CNN crews, including anchors Anderson Cooper and Hala Gorani, were among journalists attacked during violent clashes in Cairo today.

CNN International's Hala Gorani describes the moment when she was caught up in the chaos.



Below is dramatic video of Anderson Cooper and his team being roughed up.



During a live hit after the attack, Anderson Cooper describes how he and his team were set upon.



Anderson Cooper tweeted an update on how the CNN crew were feeling a short time ago:
Thanks for tweets of concern..I'm sore and head hurts but fine. Neil and mary anne are bruised but ok too. Thanks
CNN senior photojournalist Neil Hallsworth – who is working alongside Anderson Cooper – describes being attacked.
